AJ Suited is a private thoroughbred racing and breeding stable. Founded in 2008 by Justin Nicholson, his father Ronald Nicholson, and the Aberg family, the stable started out with the purchase of several well-bred fillies and a handful of geldings. Today, the stable consists of Justin Nicholson, members of the Aberg family, as well as Nicholson's wife Kathryn Sharp. To date, AJ Suited and its partners have raced in the U.S., U.K., Dubai, Argentina, France, Sweden, and Canada.

The stable's focus has been on acquiring top quality female bloodlines and breeding to high-end stallions in the hopes of producing valuable sales prospects. In 2015, AJ-Suited-breds hit the track for the first time, hitting the board in 6 of 10 starts, including a victory. 2019 looks bright for AJS bloodstock, with homebred HAWKISH returning to training, his 3yo sister CHAMPAGNE DIET looking to make her debut shortly, and Haysee’s 2yo filly showing some promise in early breaking and training.

By fostering close relationships with our trainers, bloodstock agents, consignors, and caretakers, AJ Suited is built for the long-term care of its horses. Whether foals stay in the AJ Suited family and eventually race for the stable, or find their way to new connections through auction or claiming races, the AJS team is always following its home-breds, rooting and hoping for success, and prepared to assist if needed.
